"Osiris"

The exhibition « Osiris, Egypt’s sunken mysteries »  brings back to life one of ancient Egypt’s secret rites: the Mysteries of Osiris !

After being held first at the Arab World Institute and then at the British Museum, it will now be seen at the Museum Rietberg in Zurich.

 

Osirian gods placed on the seabed in Aboukir Bay. Bronze statuettes discovered on the site of Thonis-Heracleion, Egypt, 6th-2nd centuries BC.
